Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
Relicon LLC ("Relicon", "we", "us") makes Nexus and Axiom, business software for event rental companies and custom fabrication shops, and runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. The short version: your business's information belongs to your business, we use it only to run the software for you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Hone, our daily planner, has its own privacy policy, which covers what Hone does with your calendar, email and journal.
Two kinds of information
About you and your company, as our customer: who signs up, who's on your team, and how you pay us. We decide how this is used, as described here.
About your customers and the people you work with, that you put into Nexus or Axiom: your clients, their events and projects, your vendors, crew and contractors. Your business decides what goes in and what it's used for. We store and process it only to provide the software to you, following your instructions and this policy. If someone asks us about information your business holds about them, we'll point them to you.
What we collect
Your account and billing
- Your company name, and the name, email address and role of each person on your account.
- Your plan, seats, add-ons and subscription status. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us for support.
What your business puts in
- Clients and companies: names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and notes.
- Your work: quotes, estimates, proposals, orders, projects, invoices, purchase orders, expenses, inventory, designs, files, photos and receipts.
- Signatures and approvals your clients give on quotes, proposals and change orders, with the time and other details that show they signed.
- Your team and crew: names, contact details, schedules, time clock entries and pay information you enter.
- Tax forms: W-9 information your contractors or vendors submit, including taxpayer identification numbers. This is shown only inside your account, to the people on your team who use it.
How the software is used
- Records of who did what in your account (an activity log), and technical logs such as IP address, browser type and errors, kept to run the service, fix problems and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To run Nexus and Axiom for your business, including sending the emails, texts and documents you ask them to send.
- To bill you, manage your plan and seats, and tell you about your account.
- To support you, fix problems, and improve the software.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We don't sell personal information, don't use it for advertising, and don't use your business's information to train AI models.
AI features
Some features use AI to do their work: for example, reading a receipt photo, drafting an estimate, or answering a question about your data in the assistant. Only what's needed for that task is sent, and only when the feature is used. Today these features use Anthropic (Claude) and, for reading receipts, OpenAI. Both process the information to return a result and do not use it to train their models. AI can be wrong, so check its results before relying on them.
Who else handles information
We use a few companies to run the service, each only for its part of the work:
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in;
- Vercel: hosting;
- Stripe: billing for your Relicon subscription, and, if you connect your own Stripe account, taking payments from your customers;
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI features above;
- Resend and Postmark: sending and receiving email;
- Twilio: sending text messages;
- Google: address lookup and calendar features;
- ZeroBounce: checking that email addresses are valid before we send to them;
- map and weather services: the addresses of jobs and events, to find locations and forecasts;
- Slack: messages to your workspace, if you connect it.
Apart from them and the people your business chooses to share with (for example, a client you send a quote to), we share information only if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would still apply to it.
Texts and emails your business sends
Nexus and Axiom send emails and text messages on your business's behalf: quotes, invoices, reminders, crew schedules. Your business is responsible for having permission to contact the people it messages. Anyone who replies STOP to a text won't get more texts from that business through us.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember a few preferences. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, on this website or in the apps.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your business's information for as long as you're a customer. After your subscription ends, we keep it for 30 days so you can come back or ask for an export, then delete it, apart from copies held in backups for a limited time and billing records we're required to keep for tax and accounting.
Keeping it safe
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited by account. Payment details are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.
Your choices
- Account owners and admins can add and remove people, and edit or delete most information, in the apps.
- To get a copy of your business's information, correct or delete it, or close your account, email garrett@relicbuilt.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
- If you're a customer of a business that uses Nexus or Axiom, please contact that business first; we'll help them handle your request.
Children
Nexus and Axiom are business software for adults. They aren't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a significant way, we'll tell account owners by email or in the apps before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
